teflon pan, or griddle
spatula -
1- begin by heating teflon pan with oil, cook thawed soul patty each side with one Tbsp. of oil about 2 minutes each side.
2- Build burger with sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, burger, cheese, and guacamole, top with bun
3- Now grind it!

zucchini noodles, or your favorite pasta noodles cooked
Italian Soul Bolognese
Vegan or parm cheese
fresh parsley or basil -
sauce pot for pasta
wooden spoon -
1- boil enough water to cook your pasta. cook pasta and note: at the same time you can boil in the bag the bolognese sauce, or place the bag in a bowl, punch a small hole in top of bag and microwave 2-3 minutes.
2- Drain pasta (reserve 1/4 cup), place back in pot with about 1/4 cup of the pasta water and add the bolognese sauce to it. Toss well with spoon.
3- plate and top with cheese and parsley or basil.

microwave -
1- Heat chorizo in microwave 2-3 minutes in the bag after piercing a small hole for venting.
2- warm tortillas over flame or griddle, place two each on a plate, top with cheese,chorizo, guacamole, salsa, cilantro and radish.

pico de gallo

Soul Chorizo Crumbles® -
Griddle or teflon pan
Spatula -
1- cook potatoes in oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes stirring frequently
2- Add the chorizo crumbles and continue to cook about 3 minutes to heat through, slide ingredients to edge of pan.
3- Add the eggs and scramble in the pan.
4- Warm the tortilla on griddle, add the cheese in a line, add the eggs, then top with the hash. Top with pico de gallo and the avocado.
5- Wrap burrito style.

Spatula -
1- Brown the potatoes in teh oil along with the onions and celery, about 6-7 minutes.
2- Add the sausage crumbles and continue to cook another 5 minutes stirring frequently
Plate and serve with eggs, or white gravy!

Oven (pre-heat to 400 deg. F.)
Sheet pan -
1- Build flat bread starting with flatbread, spread with pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with sausage crumbles, top with parmesan cheese
2- Bake at 400 deg. F. until golden brown, remove from oven, sprinkle with basil, cut and eat!

baking dish 12” x 9”
oven (pre-heat to 375 deg. F.) -
1- Warm tortillas in a damp cloth in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
2- Place a small amount of enchilada sauce on bottom of baking dish to coat.
3- Lay out a tortilla and top it with latin soul filling, rice, cheese and a small amount of enchilada sauce. Roll the enchilada and place in dish. Repeat this step until all are rolled and lined up.
4- top with enchilada sauce, cheese, and olives. bake at 375 Deg. F. for approximately 30 minutes covered, then remove cover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
6- Remove and serve with an additional portion of sauce on plate.
